Jorge the Cocodrilo vase

Description: As you may have noticed from the picture, this piece (and a few others in our store) is a reddish hue, instead of the normal black and white. We asked Polito, who manages our cooperative in Lempira, why this was so. It seems that the women who work in his cooperative only work on black and white pieces for part of the year, and "mix it up" with these designs during other periods. This 12" tall piece has an alligator(named Jorge) climbing up the side. Put it on your desk at work to ward off evil spirits (or at least that annoying woman from HR who periodically stops by for 45-minute long "chats"). If you line this with a plastic container (ie: cut 2 liter bottle) you may grow a plant in it!
